Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Infinite Devotion, an unincorporated business operated under that name (“Infinite Devotion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of infinitedevotion.com. They apply when you visit our website, listen to our podcast, join our email list, buy anything from us, apply for or receive coaching, join a live program, or take part in the Infinite Devotion Community (together, our “Services”).
By using our Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Adults only
Our Services cover mature relationship and sexuality themes and are intended only for adults 18 and older. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
3. What we offer
Infinite Devotion offers a weekly podcast (formerly named Dom Sub Devotion), a blog, an email list with free resources, recorded courses, one-on-one coaching with Andrew, live group programs such as The Few and Communion, the Infinite Devotion Community, and the book Infinite Devotion. Specific details for each offer, such as price, schedule, length, and what is included, are described on its sales page or checkout page. Those details are part of these Terms.
4. Your account
Some Services require an account. Please give accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person only and may not be shared. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
5. Purchases and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include taxes, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
- Payments are processed through Kajabi’s checkout, using Stripe and PayPal. Buy now, pay later options such as Klarna or Afterpay may be offered. If you use one, your agreement with that provider is separate from your agreement with us, and their terms govern your repayment to them.
- By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount, including every scheduled payment on a payment plan and every renewal of a membership.
- Invoiced services must be paid in full, without deduction, before the services begin.
- If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us within 60 days of the charge so we can look into it. Please reach out to us before filing a dispute with your bank or card company.
- We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases you have already made.
6. Payment plans
Some offers can be paid in installments. When you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full number of payments. Payment plans cannot be cancelled and are not refundable. Stopping or disputing payments does not end your obligation to pay the remaining balance.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will try to reach you so you can update your payment method. If payment is not made, we may pause or end your access to the course, program, coaching, or Community until your account is current.
7. Refunds
All purchases are final. Amounts paid to us are non-refundable, including for courses, programs, coaching, and memberships, and including partial use or non-use. No refunds are given for discounts, vouchers, or coupons. If we discontinue a course or program, no refund is offered.
If you live in a place where the law gives you rights that cannot be waived, such as certain cancellation rights for consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms limits those rights. Where the law allows, when you ask for immediate access to digital content or for services to begin right away, you agree that any withdrawal right ends once access or services begin.
8. Infinite Devotion Community membership
- The Infinite Devotion Community is a paid annual membership. Your membership renews automatically each year at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged on the renewal date, unless you cancel before then.
- You can cancel anytime before your renewal date from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your membership will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the year you have already paid for.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partial use, non-use, or cancellation partway through a membership year.
- If the membership price changes, the new price applies at your next renewal. We will let you know before a price change affects you.
9. One-on-one coaching
- By application. Coaching with Andrew is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place, and we may decline any application.
- Format. Sessions take place over video. Single sessions are 75 minutes. Coaching is also offered in three-month and six-month containers, for individuals and for couples. The details of each option are described on its sales or checkout page.
- Email support. Coaching includes email support between sessions. Email is for questions, reflections, and support. It is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock.
- Time frame. Coaching containers run for a fixed time frame of three or six months, starting from your first session. At the start, we agree on a regular weekly session time, or for couples, a weekly rhythm that works around both partners' schedules. Containers are time-based: a session is available to you each week during the container, and how many you use depends on your availability. The end date is not extended for sessions you do not attend.
- Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice, and Andrew will do his best to offer another time within your container. A session cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice is forfeited and does not carry forward.
- If Andrew needs to reschedule. If Andrew needs to cancel or reschedule a session, he will let you know as early as possible and offer a new time. If needed, he will extend your end date so you do not lose that session.
- Confidentiality. What you share in coaching is kept confidential. We will not share identifiable details from your sessions, including in our podcast, writing, or social media, without your permission. The exceptions are when we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, when a child or vulnerable adult may be at risk, or when disclosure is required by law.
- Recordings. Sessions are not recorded by either party without both people agreeing in advance.
- Not therapy. Coaching is not therapy or medical care. Please read our Disclaimer.
- Ending coaching. We may end a coaching engagement if we believe it is no longer a good fit, if these Terms are broken, or if continuing would not be safe or appropriate.
10. Live group programs
Live group programs, such as The Few for men and Communion for women, run on the schedule described on their sales pages. We may adjust dates or times when needed and will let participants know. Missed live sessions are not refunded. Some sessions may be recorded for participants of that program to watch later.
What other participants share in a group is confidential. By joining, you agree not to share anything another participant says or shows, or anything that could identify them, outside the program.
11. Your license to our content
When you buy a course, program, or membership, or access free resources, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use that content for your own personal, non-commercial use for as long as you have access. You may not:
- Share your login or give others access to paid content.
- Record, screenshot, download, copy, or capture paid content or live sessions, except where we provide a download for your own use.
- Resell, redistribute, publish, or post our content anywhere else, or use it to teach, coach, or build a competing product.
- Use our content to train artificial intelligence tools or models.
Breaking these rules may lead to loss of access without refund, and we may take other action to protect our work. Access to purchased content lasts for as long as we offer that product on our platform, unless the sales page says otherwise.
12. Community and program conduct
Our Community and programs work because people can be honest there. To keep them safe, you agree to:
- Treat others with respect. No harassment, threats, hate, bullying, or shaming.
- Keep what others share private. Do not screenshot, record, copy, or share other members’ posts, stories, or identities outside the space.
- Not post anything illegal, anything involving minors in any sexual or harmful way, or anything that invades someone’s privacy.
- Not post explicit sexual images or content unless a space clearly allows it.
- Not spam, advertise, promote your own services, or solicit members without our permission.
- Not upload viruses, try to access other accounts, or interfere with the site.
- Not pretend to be someone else.
- Only post content you have the right to share.
We may edit, refuse, or remove any content, and we may suspend or remove anyone from the Community or a program, at our discretion and without refund, if we believe these rules have been broken or someone’s safety is at risk.
13. Content you share
You keep ownership of what you post or submit, such as comments, Community posts, feedback, and testimonials. By sharing it, you give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, host, display, and share it in connection with our Services, including for commercial purposes. We will not publicly share identifiable details from your coaching, applications, or private messages without your permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
14. Our intellectual property
Everything we create, including the podcast, videos, courses, programs, writing, the book, images, graphics, site design, and the names and logos of Infinite Devotion and our programs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to our free content for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use our content, names, or logos for any other purpose, or display our site inside a frame on another site, without our written permission.
15. Links to other sites, affiliates, and Dawn of Desire
Our Services may link to websites and products we do not own or control, including affiliate partners such as Eternity Collars and Lovense. Some links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure. Purchases from other companies are between you and them, under their terms.
Andrew and Dawn separately run Dawn of Desire (dawnofdesire.com), an adult content platform for people 18 and older. Dawn of Desire is a separate business with its own terms and privacy policy. These Terms do not apply there, and a purchase from Infinite Devotion does not include access to Dawn of Desire, or the other way around.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any other site.
16. Disclaimers
Our coaching and content are for education and personal growth. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and results are not guaranteed. Our full Disclaimer is part of these Terms.
YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. We work to keep information accurate and current, but it may sometimes contain errors or be out of date, and the site may occasionally be unavailable.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, INFINITE DEVOTION AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT BE MORE THAN THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE THE CLAIM RELATES TO. Some places do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
18. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infinite Devotion and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of your account, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
19. Disputes with other users
If you have a dispute with another visitor, member, customer, or client, you release us from claims and damages of every kind, known and unknown, arising from or connected with that dispute.
20. Dispute resolution and arbitration
If you have a concern, please contact us first. You and we agree to try to resolve any dispute informally for at least 15 days. If we cannot resolve it in that time, you and we agree that any claim relating to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Texas, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
You and we agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
21. Governing law
These Terms and your use of our Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
22. Ending access
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering a Service. When access ends, your license to our content ends too. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will continue after access ends.
23. General
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights under these Terms, for example if the business is sold. You may not transfer yours without our consent. These Terms, together with the policies and offer details they mention, are the entire agreement between you and us about our Services.
24. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and we may let you know by email. Continuing to use our Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect purchases already made, except as required by law.
25. Notice for California users
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
