Last updated: September 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Infinite Devotion, a sole proprietorship operating under the name Infinite Devotion (“Infinite Devotion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit infinitedevotion.com, listen to the Infinite Devotion podcast (formerly Dom Sub Devotion), join our email list, buy a course or program, apply for or receive coaching, or take part in the Infinite Devotion Community.

We keep this simple: we collect what we need to serve you, we treat the personal things you share with us with real care, and we do not sell your personal information.

Who this is for

Our website, content, and services are intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number and mailing address.
  • Account details, such as your login email, password, and profile information (for example a name and photo) for courses, programs, or the Community.
  • Purchase details, such as what you bought, when, the amount, your billing name and address, and your payment plan or membership status. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Form and application answers. When you fill out a form, survey, or coaching or program application, you may share personal and sensitive information about your relationship, your marriage, your emotional life, your sexuality, and related parts of your health and history. We treat this information as confidential, as described below.
  • Coaching information, such as session notes, messages, and emails exchanged with Andrew between sessions.
  • Community and program content, such as posts, comments, messages, and anything you share in live group sessions or community spaces.
  • Messages to us, such as emails, replies to our newsletters, and direct messages.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, links clicked, referring site, and approximate location based on IP address.
  • Email engagement, such as whether you opened an email and which links you clicked.
  • Course and program activity, such as lessons viewed and progress.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in the Cookies section below.

Information from others

  • Podcast platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube give us general statistics about listens and views. These are usually aggregated and do not identify you to us.
  • Payment and checkout providers tell us whether a payment succeeded and share limited billing details.
  • Social media platforms may share information when you interact with our accounts or send us a message, according to your settings on those platforms.

How we use your information

  • To provide what you asked for: deliver free resources, podcast updates, courses, programs, coaching, the book, and Community access.
  • To process payments, payment plans, memberships, and renewals, and to send receipts and account notices.
  • To review applications and decide together whether coaching or a program is a good fit.
  • To prepare for and support your coaching sessions.
  • To send you our emails, including new episodes, writing, and offers, if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • To understand how people use our site and content so we can improve it.
  • To show our content and offers to people who may be interested in them, using advertising tools described below.
  • To keep our site, accounts, and Community safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To respond to your questions and requests.
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Sensitive information you share with us

Our work touches intimate parts of life. When you share sensitive information with us, such as details about your relationship, sexuality, sexual or emotional health, or personal history, in an application, a form, a coaching session, or a private message, you consent to us using it for the purpose you shared it: to understand your situation, decide whether we can help, and serve you well.

We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not intentionally send your application or form answers to advertising platforms. We do not share identifiable details from your applications, coaching, or private messages publicly, including in the podcast, blog, book, or social media, without your permission. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Please use your judgment about what you post in shared spaces like the Community or live group calls, since other members can see it.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here.

Service providers

We use trusted companies to run our business. They handle your information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. They include:

  • Kajabi, which hosts our website, courses, programs, Community, forms, email list, and checkout.
  • Stripe and PayPal, which process payments.
  • Buy now, pay later providers such as Klarna and Afterpay, if you choose one at checkout. They collect and use your information under their own privacy policies.
  • Analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
  • Video, scheduling, and communication tools we use to hold coaching sessions and live programs.
  • Podcast hosting and distribution platforms.
  • Professional advisors, such as accountants and lawyers, when needed.

Other reasons we may share

  • To comply with the law, a court order, or a valid legal request.
  • To protect the safety, rights, or property of you, us, or others, including where someone may be at risk of serious harm.
  • As part of a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business. Your information would remain subject to the promises in this policy.
  • With your permission, or at your direction.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to:

  • Keep the site working, keep you logged in, and remember your cart and checkout.
  • Understand how visitors use the site, using Google Analytics.
  • Measure our ads and show our content to people who may be interested, using the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). This means Meta may receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, and may connect it with your Meta account under Meta’s own policies.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. You can also:

  • Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
  • Learn about interest-based advertising choices at optout.aboutads.info.
  • Use a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Where the law requires, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.

Email marketing

Our emails are sent through Kajabi. When you sign up for a free resource, such as a free book chapter or guide, you are also joining our email list. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. After you unsubscribe, we may still send you messages about purchases, your account, or your membership, since those are needed to serve you.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to provide services, keep required business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For example, purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, and coaching applications that do not lead to working together are not kept longer than is useful. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and trusted providers with their own security programs. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password private and let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Stop sending you marketing emails.
  • Withdraw any consent you gave, including for sensitive information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. For example, residents of California and several other U.S. states may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit the use of sensitive information, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. People in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and similar places may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to a data protection authority. We honor the rights that apply to you under the law.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. Some information may need to be kept for legal or business reasons, and we will tell you if that applies. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws there may differ from those where you live. Where required, our providers use recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

Public areas

Anything you post in public or shared areas, such as blog comments, the Community, or social media, can be seen by others. We are not responsible for how others use information you choose to share there.

Links to other sites

Our site, emails, and show notes may link to websites we do not control, including partner and affiliate sites such as Eternity Collars and Lovense, and Dawn of Desire (dawnofdesire.com). Dawn of Desire is a separate adult platform for people 18 and older, with its own terms and privacy policy. This policy does not cover other sites. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business changes. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make a material change, we will post it here and, where appropriate, let you know by email, and it will take effect 30 days after posting. Continuing to use our site or services after that means you accept the updated policy.
