Coaching for Couples
It takes courage to do this together.
Most people who want more from their relationship go looking for it alone. You're considering something harder: letting someone see the two of you as you really are, and doing the work side by side with the one person who knows exactly where you're tender.
Maybe you love each other and live like good roommates. Maybe the same fight keeps finding you, just in different clothes. Maybe one of you has been reaching and the other has been bracing for so long that neither of you remembers how it started.
Whatever brought you here, it isn't proof that you chose wrong. It's what happens when two people carry old patterns into a life together. Those patterns can be met, and the fire can come back.
Most of the work happens in each of you
This surprises most couples. The pattern between you is made of two patterns, one in each of you. When all the work happens with both of you in the room, it tends to become a negotiation. Each person defends their side while the real roots stay underground.
So most of our work happens one-on-one. Each of you gets private sessions to go underneath your own reactions, back to where they began, without having to guard yourself from your partner while you do it.
Then once a month, the three of us come together. That's where what you've each found gets brought into the relationship, and where you start to meet each other in a new way.
You'll each be working on yourself, for the sake of the two of you.
Whose side I'm on
The relationship's. And each of you, fully.
I won't keep score or decide who's right. When I see a pattern, I'll name it, whoever it belongs to, with the same honesty and the same care.
What you share in your individual sessions stays between us. The one exception is anything that's harming your relationship or putting someone's safety at risk. I won't carry that kind of secret, and I won't go around you with it either. I'll help you bring it into the open yourself, in the way that gives the two of you the best chance.
Why I do this work
Dawn and I spent years as very good roommates. We loved each other, we ran a life well together, and the bedroom had gone quiet. Each of us was waiting for the other to change first.
What turned it around wasn't a technique for the two of us. It was each of us going back for the parts of ourselves we'd abandoned long before we met, and then learning to bring those parts home to each other.
That's the work I'll walk you through. I'm still doing it myself, in a marriage that has more closeness and more desire in it now than it did at the start.
Working together
We meet every week. Most weeks it's an individual session for one of you, and once a month it's the three of us together, so there's time to live with what comes up in between.

Other ways to work with me
For men
The Few
A six-month group for men, capped at ten, beginning January 2027.
The Few is named as such for one very powerful reason: Very few men ever actually follow through on going deep within themselves.
Those that do are the rare men. The special men. The men who reclaim their heart and their ability to feel, while retaining their spine and their power.
Those two things don't seem to go together in today's world. Most men either go all soft or all hard. Six month in The Few, and you'll be one of the rare men who embodies the kind of gentleness that only true strength can afford.
For women
Communion
A six-month group for ten women, led by Dawn and me. One daily practice, three live calls a month, and a slow path home to your body, your feelings, your desire and your truth. Begins January 2027.
Questions
How does scheduling work for couples?
Your coaching runs for a set time frame, three or six months from your first session. We'll keep a weekly rhythm, with individual sessions for each of you and a couples session once a month. Since we're working around two schedules, I'll stay flexible about exactly when each one lands, all within your three or six months.
What if something comes up?
Life happens. If you get sick or something comes up, let me know at least 24 hours ahead and I'll do my best to find another time within your three or six months. With less than 24 hours' notice, that week's session is missed.
What if we can't make every week?
The end date stays where it is. Every week you show up for is a session, and a week you can't make doesn't carry forward. You'll get the most from this by protecting that time, and how many sessions you use is up to you.
What if you need to cancel?
If I ever can't hold a session, I'll make it up, and I'll extend your end date if that's what it takes so you don't lose the time.
Both of the people you fell in love with are still in there.
If you're both willing, or if one of you is ready to go first, apply and we'll talk.
